Stefania Landi is currently a research fellow and lecturer at the University of Pisa, where she trained in Building Engineering and Architecture as well as received her Ph.D in Architectural Restoration. Her research interests concern the theoretical and technical aspects of conservation and reuse of the architectural heritage, with particular attention to 20th century architecture and the problems of conservation of reinforced concrete. As member of ICOMOS-ISC20C, she has been working on the InnovaConcrete Initiative and further activities of the ISC20C including desktop reviews for the World Monuments Fund and Heritage Alerts. Since 2018, as member of the ICOMOS-Italy Scientific Committee on 20 Century, she is has actively participated in the development and coordination of different research and dissemination activities. She has been a visiting professor at the Silesian University of Technology, Poland, and presented her research studies in several international seminars and conferences on architectural conservation.
